These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the “Anyways” mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Services”), provided by Innotent LTD (“Innotent”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to use the App in your location.
Anyways provides navigation assistance features, which may include route guidance, location search, GPS-based route calculation, voice input, speech transcription, text-to-speech output, AI-assisted navigation responses, and rerouting support.
The App is provided for general navigation assistance only. It is not an emergency service, safety system, professional driving system, autonomous driving system, or substitute for your own judgment.
You are solely responsible for your conduct, driving, movement, decisions, compliance with law, and safety while using the App.
You agree that you will:
Routes, maps, directions, voice responses, place information, travel estimates, and AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unsafe, unavailable, or inconsistent with actual conditions.
Actual road conditions, legal restrictions, closures, hazards, lane rules, traffic signs, and access limitations may differ from information provided by the App. You use all navigation information at your own risk.
The App may use artificial intelligence, speech recognition, language processing, and text-to-speech technologies. These technologies may misunderstand your speech, misinterpret your location, provide incorrect responses, generate incomplete information, or fail to respond.
You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any AI-assisted or voice-based output before relying on it. We do not guarantee that AI, transcription, or speech output will be accurate, safe, complete, or suitable for your situation.
Certain features require access to location, microphone, network connection, or other device permissions. If you deny or disable permissions, some features may not work correctly or may be unavailable.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, operating system, and any carrier or data plan needed to use the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, create derivative works, interfere with, or misuse the App except where allowed by applicable law.

The App may rely on third-party services, including mapping, places, routing, roads, AI, speech, analytics, payment, subscription, cloud hosting, and infrastructure providers. These may include services such as Google Maps, Google Places, Google Routes, Google Roads, OpenAI, Firebase or Google Analytics, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, and hosting/logging providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, limitations, outages, prices, and restrictions. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, data, maps, routes, results, policies, or availability.
The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases. Prices, features, trial availability, and subscription terms may change from time to time.
Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system. Apple, not Innotent LTD, handles payment processing, billing, refunds, and cancellation mechanics. You are responsible for managing and cancelling subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Unless otherwise required by law or Apple’s policies, fees are non-refundable. If a subscription renews automatically, it will continue until cancelled according to Apple’s App Store rules.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained.
The App, including its software, design, features, text, graphics, branding, logos, content, and related materials, is owned by Innotent LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
If you submit text, voice input, support messages, feedback, suggestions, or other content through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and analyze that content as needed to provide, operate, support, secure, and improve the App.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
The App may be updated, modified, interrupted, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all devices, or available in all locations.
We may add, remove, limit, or change features, including free and paid features, at our discretion, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any feature at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or liability, misused the App, violated law, or harmed the App, us, users, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Termination does not limit any rights or obligations that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and payment obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and suitability for navigation, safety, driving, or any specific use.
We do not warrant that the App will provide accurate routes, safe directions, correct locations, reliable voice recognition, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innotent LTD and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, device damage, personal injury, property damage, accidents, traffic violations, route errors, missed destinations, delays, or reliance on inaccurate information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App or Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Innotent LTD and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your driving or movement decisions, your content or input, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You are responsible for complying with all laws, rules, and regulations that apply to your use of the App, including traffic laws, mobile phone use laws, privacy laws, export laws, and platform rules.
If you download the App from Apple’s App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App except as required by applicable law.
Unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the App will be brought in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
